Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 20th, 2025
By connecting your wallet and using the Platform, you consent to the limited data collection and processing described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how OneMoreGame ("OMG", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects the limited information we may process when you access or use our games, applications, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
We are committed to minimizing data collection and respecting your privacy as a Web3-native user.
1. What We Do NOT Collect
OMG is designed with privacy in mind. We do not:
Collect your name, email, phone number, or physical address
Require any user account or login
Track your geographic location
Use advertising cookies or behavioral profiling tools
Collect personally identifiable information (PII)
2. What We May Collect
To operate and secure the Platform, we may collect the following non-personally identifiable information:
Wallet Address: Your public blockchain address must interact with our smart contracts. Wallet addresses are not inherently linked to real-world identities and are not treated as personal data under this Policy.
User Identifiers: We may assign internal UUIDs or system
_id
values to link game activity to wallet addresses. These identifiers are used solely within our system for fraud prevention and enforcement.Gameplay Data: This includes participation records, win/loss outcomes, usage of credits, and reward events.
Technical Logs: Including anonymized device and browser data such as:
IP address
Browser type and version
Operating system
Screen resolution
Device token (if applicable)
2.1 Legal Basis for Processing
Where required by applicable law (such as the GDPR or PDPA), we process limited data on the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract: to provide access to the Platform and in-game services
Legitimate interests: to maintain platform security and prevent abuse
Legal compliance: where applicable laws require it
As OMG does not collect personally identifiable data, most regulatory requirements regarding data subject rights (access, deletion, correction) do not apply.
2.2 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for performance and analytics purposes. These help us understand how users interact with the Platform, improve technical stability, and monitor usage trends.
Cookies may be set by us or by third-party providers such as Google Analytics.
We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting.
Cookies may have different lifespans depending on their function and provider.
A cookie consent banner will be introduced shortly, allowing users to review and manage their preferences following applicable laws.
Until then, continued use of the Platform is considered consent to the use of such cookies.
You can also manage or delete cookies manually through your browser settings.
If we introduce additional types of cookies (e.g., for personalization or authentication), this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
3. How We Use the Information
We use the collected data to:
Facilitate fair gameplay and reward processing
Monitor for suspicious behavior or Terms of Use violations
Improve Platform performance and fix bugs
Protect the Platform and users from abuse
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or profile users based on behavior.
4. Fraud Detection and Enforcement
If a wallet address is found to be violating our Terms of Use (e.g., by using bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools), we may:
Associate the wallet with an internal user ID
Permanently block that wallet from accessing the Platform
Confiscate or disable the in-app currency (Credits) linked to that user
We do not pursue real-world identity tracking unless compelled by law.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Technical logs and gameplay data may be stored on secured servers hosted by third-party providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure).
We retain only the data necessary to operate the Platform and enforce rules, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Blockchain data (e.g., on-chain transactions) is publicly available and cannot be deleted or altered.
5.1 International Data Transfers
The Platform may store or process data on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Platform, you agree to such international data transfers, where applicable.
6. Third-Party Tools
To operate the Platform effectively, we may use third-party tools or infrastructure providers. These services may process anonymized technical information but do not access your wallet, private keys, or any personal identity.
Examples include:
RPC node providers (e.g., BSC RPC services)
Cloud security platforms (e.g., Cloudflare)
Infrastructure tools (e.g., Google Analytics, log monitoring)
All providers are selected with privacy and security in mind.
7. Security Measures
We take reasonable steps to secure your data, including:
Privacy-first design (minimal collection by default)
Encrypted storage and data transfer, where applicable
Smart contract audits (when applicable)
Role-based access control on infrastructure
However, no system is entirely secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and device from phishing, malware, or social engineering attacks.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children. If you believe a minor has used our Platform, please notify us via our community channels so we can take appropriate action.
9. User Rights and Limitations
Since OMG does not collect personally identifiable information, we cannot verify or act on traditional data subject rights (e.g., deletion, access, correction requests).
Users who wish to stop using the Platform may:
Disconnect their wallet
Clear local browser storage
Cease participation at any time
Please note that any on-chain interactions (e.g., transactions) are permanent and immutable.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Contact
If you have questions or concerns, you may reach out via our official community channels (Discord, X, or Telegram). We do not operate an email-based support system.
⚠️ Reminder
OMG is a decentralized application. Some interactions, such as blockchain transactions and wallet connections, are public, irreversible, and outside of our control. Please use the Platform only if you understand and accept these terms.
